Description:Mix a bit of this with the rice.

Ingredients:dried red chillies
chilli powder
salt
shallots
white ground coconut
1 large (Indian) lime
Directions:soak the dried chillies till soft, then chop and grind.
add a little salt and chilli powder to it.
finely chop the shallots and add to the chillie mixture.
grind the mixture well.
add the coconut to the mixture and squeeze out the lime over it.
mix it all well.
Serve as a side dish to a curry meal.
